Red Wine Vinegar Jelly

From the best vintage red wines of the Aetnean territory, an intense vinegar which we turn into a precious jelly, adding only sugar and the pectin of  the rind of citrus fruit. It is the perfect sweet and sour dressing for every course.

Perfect on pickled anchovies, on crustaceous, oysters, grilled vegetables, on salad or with game, cheese and salted meat.

Ideal also on a bowl of strawberries or blackberries.

red wine vinegar (70%) , sugar. Gelificant: pectin.
