Blood Oranges and Fennels with Orange Blossom Honey and Black Pepper

Inspired by the traditional Sicilian orange salad, this marmalade surprises the palate with its delicate and original coupling.

Excellent on toasted bread, perhaps with a fine stream of extra virgin olive oil and a leaf of parsel. It also couples perfectly with savoury, middle and long seasoned cheeses, particularly with provola sfoglia cheese.


Ingredients:
blood oranges (50%), sugar, fennels (15%), lemon juice, orange blossom honey (2%), black pepper (0,1%). Gelificant: pectin.
